Job Description

We are on the hunt for a Customer Success Manager who will be pivotal in ensuring our clients derive maximum value from our products. You will be responsible for onboarding new clients, resolving issues, and fostering strong relationships to drive ongoing engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the onboarding and training of new customers on our products.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as their main point of contact.
  • Regularly review customer usage data to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Work closely with sales to drive renewals and upsells.
  • Aid in the development of customer success strategies and initiatives.
  • Provide product feedback by collaborating with engineering and design teams.
  • Deliver monthly performance reports and highlight key metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree in a related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 4-6 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in tech or SaaS sectors
Technical Skills
  • Project Management Software
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous

  • Experience with customer feedback tools: Familiarity with platforms like SurveyMonkey or Typeform.
