Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to help us continue our trajectory of growth. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met while seeking opportunities for expansion. Your ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients will be essential in achieving our goals. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are a must.

Responsibilities

  • Foster long-lasting relationships with clients through excellent communication and service.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and client needs.
  • Develop and maintain detailed account records, ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Train clients on product usage and new features to ensure value delivery.
  • Lead client issue resolution and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Master's degree in Business Management is preferable
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or sales
