Job Description

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in East London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and recruitment. You will play a vital role in shaping our HR practices and ensuring employee satisfaction within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment and selection processes effectively.
  • Implement performance appraisal systems and support feedback sessions.
  • Guide managers on employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Stay updated on labor legislation and best practices in HR.
  • Facilitate cultural integration and diversity initiatives.
  • Support the HR Manager in strategic workforce planning.
  • Assist in handling payroll processing and related queries.
  • Engage in community outreach programs for a positive company image.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Psychology
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM) is preferred

  • 3-5 years of experience in HR or related field
