We are seeking a qualified psychologist to join our Durban team, where you will provide therapeutic services to clients dealing with a variety of mental health issues. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to develop treatment plans, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments to evaluate mental health status.
• Guide clients through therapeutic techniques and coping strategies.
• Provide support during crisis situations and emotional distress.
• Facilitate family therapy sessions when necessary.
• Evaluate treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
• Lead workshops to educate the community on mental health topics.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Clinical Psychology
• Doctorate in Psychology is advantageous

Experience

• 3-6 years in mental health or clinical settings
