Responsibilities

• Diagnose animal health issues through examinations and tests.
• Administer vaccines and medications as prescribed.
• Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Provide emergency treatment for animals in critical condition.
• Guide pet owners in proper animal care practices.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Veterinary Science (BVSc) or equivalent qualification

Experience

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in veterinary medicine

Certifications

• Registered with the South African Vet Council
