Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Technician in Durban to manage our technology needs. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for technical support. Your responsibilities include resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring high-quality service delivery to our employees.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular maintenance on IT equipment.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of new systems.
• Provide training and support for software applications.
• Manage and maintain inventory of IT assets.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science or IT-related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
