• Utilize logistics software for tracking shipments and maintaining records.
• Handle disputes and claims with customers and transport providers as needed.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve freight forwarding operational efficiencies.
• Training of junior staff on best practices in freight forwarding processes.

Requirements

Education

• National Certificate in Freight Forwarding

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in international logistics
