Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Travel Consultant to join our Port Elizabeth team. In this role, you'll assist clients in planning their holidays, ensuring they receive exceptional service while exploring diverse travel options.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning cultural, adventure, and leisure trips.
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate the best rates and services.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings.
• Monitor clients' travel arrangements to ensure smooth experiences.
• Provide post-travel support to gather feedback and improve service.
• Engage in upselling travel-related products.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials.
• Participate in trade shows and networking events to promote our services.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Travel and Tourism or related field
• Bachelor's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a travel consultancy role
