Responsibilities
Assist clients in planning cultural, adventure, and leisure trips.
Communicate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate the best rates and services.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings.
Monitor clients' travel arrangements to ensure smooth experiences.
Provide post-travel support to gather feedback and improve service.
Engage in upselling travel-related products.
Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials.
Participate in trade shows and networking events to promote our services.
Requirements
Education
Diploma in Travel and Tourism or related field
Bachelor's degree is advantageous
