Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to oversee and manage various events from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a passion for planning and executing memorable events, alongside a flair for creativity and organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of events, ensuring all details are attended to.
  • Manage event marketing and participant registration.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for all events.
  • Evaluate event effectiveness and implement improvements.
  • Train and mentor junior event coordinators and staff.
  • Utilize project management software to track event progress.
  • Create creative proposals for clients to exceed their expectations.
  • Manage event-related logistics including transportation and accommodation.
  • Budget management ensuring adherence to financial objectives.
  • Develop contingency plans for unforeseen circumstances.
