• Conduct post-trip evaluations and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
• Provide destination information, including safety tips and cultural insights.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional activities and campaigns.
• Promote special offers and upsell premium services to customers.
• Facilitate exceptional customer experiences through personalized service.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field
• Specific training in travel management is a plus.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in the travel industry with a focus on customer service
