We are looking for a skilled Legal Advisor to join our Johannesburg team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal support across various departments, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, while also assisting in contract negotiations and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate contract negotiations with key stakeholders.
• Provide support in mergers and acquisitions from a legal perspective.
• Analyze potential legal risks and advise management accordingly.
• Ensure that all legal agreements are executed in accordance with company policy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal queries.

Requirements

Education

• LLM degree is preferable
• Specialization in corporate law is advantageous

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in legal advisory and compliance roles
