As a Compliance Officer, you will oversee compliance within our organization, ensuring adherence to laws and regulations. This role involves continuous monitoring, policy development, and liaison with regulatory bodies. The successful candidate will contribute to mitigating risks and promoting ethical operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations into compliance breaches and issues.
• Analyze incoming regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with other departments to incorporate compliance into business processes.
• Provide legal compliance advice and support to different teams.
• Prepare for and participate in compliance audits.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Master's degree in Compliance Management is a plus

Experience

• 5 years of experience in compliance role with a focus on regulatory frameworks
