We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee our production process in Cape Town. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in manufacturing operations, with proven leadership skills to drive team performance.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage production operations with a focus on efficiency.
• Lead strategic planning of production schedules.
• Ensure proper implementation of production strategies.
• Assess production methods to identify and solve issues.
• Coordinate quality control and compliance audits.
• Establish safety protocols and ensure adherence.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams on machinery upkeep.
• Mentor and guide supervisors and team leaders.
• Assist in forecasting production targets and outputs.
• Manage interactions with external suppliers and partners.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or Business
• MBA is a plus

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in an operations leadership role.
