Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data to support urban planning initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and community outreach sessions to build public support.
• Negotiate with developers and stakeholders to achieve planning goals.
• Compile comprehensive planning documents for regulatory review.
• Implement development plans in accordance with regulations and community feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Urban Planning or related field
• Ph.D. is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of urban planning experience

Technical Skills

• Advanced GIS.
• Urban Design

• Leadership
• Negotiation

Certifications

• LEED Accreditation

Languages

• English: Fluent
