This role involves overseeing the entire property development process, from conception to completion, ensuring each project meets our high standards of quality. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a solid background in property management and development.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the property development lifecycle, from initial concept to project handover.
  • Ensure all development activities align with company objectives and expectations.
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for new developments.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop strategies for property launches.
  • Implement sustainable practices in development projects.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the development process.
  • Prepare budget forecasts and financial reports for senior management.
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to their professional development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Management, or a similar field
  • Master's degree preferred

  • 5+ years of experience within real estate development
