Responsibilities include managing staff, controlling inventory, and maintaining compliance with health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise daily food and beverage operations.

• Plan menus that cater to diverse clientele tastes.
• Monitor compliance with licensing laws and health codes.
• Enhance customer experience through quality service.
• Review budgets and financial statements for accuracy.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or Hospitality Management
• Management certification preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the food and beverage industry
