Job Description

As a Corporate Finance Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and support the company’s growth objectives. Your role will include preparing financial models, conducting detailed analyses, and developing actionable reports that inform business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to assess key business metrics.
• Prepare presentations for board meetings and stakeholder engagements.
• Assist in mergers and acquisitions activities including valuation analysis.
• Conduct financial performance reviews and provide recommendations.
• Support operational units with financial insights and guidance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree or MBA is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in corporate finance or financial analysis
