Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Account Manager in Cape Town to oversee client relationships and drive client success. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have a background in managing client accounts effectively to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
  • Develop positive relationships with clients to build trust and increase satisfaction.
  • Provide strategic guidance to clients, helping them achieve their business goals.
  • Ensure timely delivery of services and products to clients.
  • Analyse client data to inform decision-making and strategy development.
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and assess client feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment.
  • Assist in developing new service offerings tailored to client needs.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote our services.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Master's degree is a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or sales
