We are seeking a motivated Remote Customer Support Specialist based in Johannesburg to join our growing team. You will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing information, and troubleshooting issues. Your goal is to ensure a seamless customer experience by effectively resolving concerns and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product-related queries and issues.
  • Engage with clients to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Utilize customer feedback to improve services.
  • Contribute to team goals and participate in training sessions.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years of customer service experience
