As a Customer Support Representative in Port Elizabeth, you'll play a vital role in assisting our customers with their inquiries and providing top-notch service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to resolving customer issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through effective service.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• A degree in Communications or Business Administration is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in customer support or similar roles

Technical Skills

• Advanced CRM Systems Knowledge
• Technical Knowledge of Products

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational

Advantageous

• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans: Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Afrikaans.
