E-commerce Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online retail strategy in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing the customer journey, and managing the overall e-commerce operations. This role requires a strategic mindset and a passion for all things digital.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage content for the e-commerce website, ensuring high quality and relevance.
• Execute data-driven decisions to enhance customer experience and drive conversions.
• Liaise with customer service to address queries and improve service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.
• Facilitate partnerships with third-party vendors and suppliers.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance site performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Digital Marketing, or related discipline
• MBA or similar qualification is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a managerial role within e-commerce or digital marketing
