Job Description

As a Registered Nurse at Healthcare Group SA, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our patients receive outstanding care. You will collaborate with doctors and other healthcare specialists, monitor patient progress, and advocate for patients' needs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee patient care delivery.
• Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Implement infection prevention and control measures.
• Assist with the training of junior nursing staff.
• Support the administration with quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Advanced Nursing qualification is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in critical care or emergency nursing

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational
