Job Description

As a Registered Nurse at Healthcare Solutions Ltd., you will be pivotal in patient assessment, administering medications, and advocating for patient needs within the hospital environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient health statuses and report changes.
  • Administer prescribed medications and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Coordinate referrals to specialty services as required.
  • Create and uphold nursing standards at the facility.
  • Support patient families with information and assistance.
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives within the department.
  • Provide patient education regarding medications, treatments, and health topics.
  • Contribute to research projects and nursing audits.
  • Utilize electronic health records for documentation and reporting.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Registered with the Health Professional Council of South Africa.
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a nursing role.
