Join Pawfection Grooming as a Pet Groomer where you'll be responsible for providing grooming services for a variety of pets. You'll work closely with pet owners to ensure their furry friends look and feel their best. This role requires a passion for animals and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform breed-specific grooming styles and techniques.
• Educate pet owners on grooming maintenance and care tips.
• Evaluate pets’ health and report any concerns to pet owners.
• Help maintain a positive team atmosphere and collaborate effectively with staff.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in grooming and animal care preferred

Experience

• 1+ years of professional grooming experience is a must

Technical Skills

• Clipping and Trimming
• Pet First Aid

Soft Skills

• Customer Service
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Pet Grooming Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to perform basic first aid on pets: Experience in assessing and responding to minor injuries.
• Strong understanding of pet styling trends: Up-to-date knowledge of current grooming and styling trends.
