We are seeking a dynamic Pet Groomer who is passionate about animal care. The ideal candidate will be responsible for grooming, bathing, and maintaining the hygiene of various pets, including dogs and cats. Your role will ensure that pets leave our facility looking and feeling their best.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointments and schedule grooming sessions efficiently.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in Animal Care or Grooming preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in professional pet grooming

Technical Skills

• Grooming Products Knowledge
• Fle grooming Equipment

Soft Skills

• Customer Service
• Time Management

Certifications

• Certified Pet Groomer (CPG)
• Grooming Skills Assessment Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Ability to administer basic pet care: Experience with administering medications and basic first aid.
• Customer relationship management skills: Skills in managing customer relationships and ensuring repeat clientele.
