• Develop specifications for mechanical systems in collaboration with other departments.
• Use simulation software to model and test mechanical systems.
• Support the production team with troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Create and update design documentation and project schedules.
• Assist in the development of prototypes for testing and validation.
• Evaluate suppliers and negotiate contracts for mechanical components.
• Prepare and present project status updates to stakeholders.
• Implement project management best practices to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct research on new technologies and materials.
• Facilitate training sessions for team members on new equipment and technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design or engineering

Technical Skills

• Ansys
• AutoCAD

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Negotiation Skills

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)

Languages

• English: Fluent
