Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and be able to source and place candidates effectively. You will be instrumental in developing talent acquisition strategies to meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support clients in developing job descriptions and defining role requirements.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Gather and analyze feedback to continuously enhance the recruitment process.
  • Work towards meeting and exceeding recruitment targets and deadlines.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment and talent management
