HR Generalist

Job Description

As an HR Generalist in our Johannesburg office, you will play a crucial role in managing our HR operations. This includes overseeing recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and maintaining employee records in compliance with local employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and selection processes for various roles.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Manage the employee onboarding process.
• Support performance management and employee development.
• Oversee employee engagement and retention efforts.
• Conduct training needs assessments and implement training programs.
• Handle employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
• Participate in strategic planning and HR initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in Human Resources is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years in HR management roles preferred
