Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Travel Consultant to join our Port Elizabeth team. In this role, you will assist clients in planning their perfect getaways, providing travel advice, and booking travel arrangements while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Identify client needs and provide expert travel advice.
  • Manage bookings effectively to ensure smooth travel experiences.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings.
  • Resolve any travel issues or concerns that arise before or during trips.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts to promote travel packages.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and best practices.
  • Enhance client satisfaction through proactive communication.
  • Provide feedback on supplier services and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate
  • Relevant diploma in Travel and Tourism is preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
