Warehouse Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations in Port Elizabeth. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of inventory, logistics, and team coordination. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in supply chain management and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the warehouse staff for efficiency.
• Monitor and manage stock levels and order fulfillment.
• Provide training and coaching for staff members.
• Enforce health and safety regulations for warehouse operations.
• Work closely with sales and logistics teams to synchronize efforts.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
• Plan and implement improvements to warehouse layout and processes.
• Maintain effective communications with other departments and partners.
• Ensure effective handling of returns and damaged goods.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Operations Management
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations management

• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
