SOC Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented SOC Analyst to monitor and respond to security incidents. The ideal candidate will analyze security events, develop incident response procedures, and work collaboratively with a team to mitigate risks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the security incident response process and ensure proper documentation.
• Identify and respond to cybersecurity potential risks or vulnerabilities.
• Work closely with forensic teams during investigations.
• Analyze data collected from intrusion detection systems.
• Develop response plans for different types of security incidents.
• Evaluate new security tools and make recommendations based on findings.
• Assist in compliance audits and regulatory assessments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Experience

• Minimum 3 years' experience in cybersecurity roles

Certifications

• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
