Responsibilities

• Manage the overall functionality of the retail outlet.
• Drive customer engagement and satisfaction initiatives.
• Set and monitor KPIs for store staff and sales.
• Handle budgeting and financial forecasting for the store.
• Maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners.
• Organize and promote in-store events.
• Utilize data analytics to improve sales strategy.
• Develop staff schedules to optimize store coverage.
• Represent the store in community events and initiatives.
• Implement best practices in loss prevention and security.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of retail experience, including management roles
