Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Banquet Sales Manager to drive sales for our banquet facilities and ensure that events run smoothly from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, as well as a strong background in event planning and sales.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a comprehensive database of potential clients.
• Respond to inquiries and prepare proposals for prospective clients.
• Analyze market trends to identify potential business opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the event planning process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Management
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• At least 5 years in a similar role within the event industry
