Job Description

Apex Events Company is seeking a motivated Event Coordinator to join our team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will manage various events from conception through to completion, ensuring that each event meets our high standards of quality and exceeds client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete event lifecycle from planning to execution.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients before, during, and after events.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at events.
  • Utilize project management software to track progress and manage work.
  • Lead post-event evaluations to facilitate learning and improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate event planning

Languages
  • English: Fluent
