Responsibilities

• Manage the IT inventory of tech equipment.
• Implement security measures to safeguard data and IT assets.
• Assist in creating user manuals and training materials.
• Provide inputs for budget preparations regarding IT expenditure.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate in IT Support or similar
• Diploma is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years in technical support roles preferred
