Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
• Participate in cross-functional project teams to innovate new products.
• Serve as a mentor to interns or junior engineers in the department.
• Document and present findings to management and stakeholders.
• Support scaling up production processes from lab to full-scale production.
• Assist in project budgets and resource allocation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in chemical engineering or relevant field
