As a Trust Vault Custodian, you will manage and protect the assets entrusted to us. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the security, integrity, and accessibility of the trust vault while ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the trust vault operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during reviews.
Handle the preparation of trust documents, including asset descriptions and valuation reports.
Train new staff on trust vault procedures and asset management protocols.
Utilize and maintain trust management software for accurate record-keeping.
Assist in developing policies and procedures for asset handling and vault security.
Ensure the implementation of security measures to protect the vault and its contents.
Requirements
Education
Professional certifications in Trust Management or Asset Custody are advantageous
Experience
Experience in managing high-value assets is preferred.
