Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you will be the first line of defense in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for our clients. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills, as you will be administering support over various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in understanding and resolving technical issues.
  • Ensure timely resolution of tickets and maintain service level agreements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of IT products and services.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related role
