As a Claims Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and processing insurance claims from start to finish. You will liaise with clients, assess claims documentation, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Responsibilities
Administer all aspects of the claims process from initiation to resolution.
Engage with claimants to clarify policies and benefits.
Review and analyze claims data for irregularities.
Advise clients on the claims process and outcomes.
Facilitate communication between claimants and underwriting specialists.
Audit claims files for compliance and accuracy.
Generate periodic claims reports for internal stakeholders.

Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field
Relevant insurance qualifications are preferred
