Fuel Cell Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Fuel Cell Engineer to join our alternative energy team. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and developing hydrogen fuel cell systems, contributing to groundbreaking solutions that drive sustainability in energy consumption.

Responsibilities

• Create innovative designs for hydrogen fuel cell applications.
• Evaluate and select materials and components for optimal performance.
• Work closely with engineering teams to develop scalable and cost-effective solutions.
• Perform simulations and modeling to predict system behavior and efficiency.
• Contribute to project management by tracking timelines and milestones.
• Implement quality control measures during design and production phases.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide training on fuel cell technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
• Master’s degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in fuel cell engineering or related fields

Technical Skills

• Hydrogen technology
• Data analysis tools

Soft Skills

• Project management
• Negotiation skills

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)
• Certifed Hydrogen Technician

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of safety regulations: Understanding of safety and compliance standards in the energy sector.
• Experience with modelling tools like HYSYS: Experience in process simulations using HYSYS or similar tools.
