Job Description

The Personnel Research Psychologist will conduct impactful research and analysis focused on enhancing employee behaviour, performance, and engagement. This role encompasses designing and implementing research projects, employing quantitative and qualitative data analysis to provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct analysis to improve selection and development programs.
  • Design psychological tests and assessments for candidate evaluations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Present findings and insights to senior management.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Psychology or related field is preferred
