Job Description

As a Non-Destructive Testing Specialist at Quality Assurance Labs, you will conduct various testing methods to assess and ensure the quality and safety of materials in the manufacturing process. You will be expected to interpret results, maintain equipment, and collaborate with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement NDT procedures according to industry standards.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to testing protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of testing activities and results.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated on NDT advancements.

Requirements

Education

• Non-Destructive Testing Level 3 Certification
• Relevant engineering degree is a plus

Experience

• Additional experience in aerospace or automotive components is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Digital Radiography
• Computed Tomography

Certifications

• American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) Certification
• Certifying Body Level 3 Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with computed tomography: Hands-on practice in computed tomography for detailed assessments.
