Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager who will oversee the planning, procurement, and execution of projects. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, able to manage teams effectively and bring projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability.
• Organize resources effectively to ensure project goals are met.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Continuously liaise with all project-related parties to ensure alignment on deliverables.
• Facilitate problem-solving discussions and conflict resolution within the team.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to junior project staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree in Project Management is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of managing complex projects

Technical Skills

• Agile and Waterfall Methodologies
• Risk Management

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficient in MS Project and Asana: Ability to leverage advanced features of project management software.
• Experience with remote project management: Capable of managing remote teams and virtual collaborations.
