Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ranch Hand Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our ranch. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of ranch hands, ensuring the smooth running of the ranch, and maintaining the highest standards of animal care and welfare.

Responsibilities

• Manage ranch hand performance and conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with agricultural regulations and standards.
• Monitor livestock growth and health, adjusting care strategies as needed.
• Participate in ranch activities, including shearing and veterinary checks.
• Evaluate equipment needs and coordinate maintenance schedules.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant certification in animal health is preferred.

Experience

• 5 years of experience in farming or ranching with supervisory responsibilities.
