Responsibilities

• Lead projects for product development from concept to commercialisation.
• Collaborate with suppliers for ingredient sourcing and evaluation.
• Perform laboratory tests to improve food safety and preservation.
• Document research findings and prepare technical reports.
• Engage in consumer research to gather feedback on products.
• Advocate for sustainable practices in food production.
• Participate in cross-departmental meetings to strategise product launches.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related discipline
• Advanced degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in food technology or related field

• ISO 22000 Certification
