Responsibilities
Prepare and serve meals according to specific dietary needs.
Document food intake and report any concerns to dietitians.
Maintain food service areas in accordance with hygiene regulations.

Requirements
Education
Grade 12 or equivalent
Formal training in dietary management is preferred
Experience
Prior experience in a dietary or nutritional role is beneficial.
