Job Description

As a Retail Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our Cape Town location. This role involves training and motivating staff, managing inventory, and implementing strategies to boost sales. We are looking for a leader who can inspire their team and ensure our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of store management, including staffing and inventory.
  • Enhance customer shopping experience through effective store layout.
  • Create a culture of teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
  • Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
  • Develop staff schedules and manage labor costs effectively.
  • Foster a positive store environment that reflects company values.
  • Conduct hiring and onboarding of new employees.
  • Ensure that store policies and procedures are followed.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to enhance team performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Business or related field

  • 5+ years of progressive retail management experience
