E-commerce Manager

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a strategic E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales initiatives in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, optimizing our online presence, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
• Implement SEO and SEM strategies to increase visibility.
• Maintain and optimize the e-commerce website for improved conversion rates.
• Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Track and report on website analytics to measure success and inform decisions.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to align on goals.
• Develop promotional strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
• Manage budget allocations for e-commerce projects and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Master's degree in E-commerce or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing

• E-commerce Platforms (Shopify, Magento)
