Cybersecurity Specialist

Job Description

Join us as a Cybersecurity Specialist where you will utilize your skills to enhance our security posture. This role entails continuous monitoring of our security environment, conducting risk assessments, and working on incident response plans to ensure the protection of our critical information assets.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor endpoint security solutions.
• Coordinate and participate in security training for all staff members.
• Conduct regular reviews of security policies and update as necessary.
• Work with vendors to ensure up-to-date protection technologies.
• Evaluate security risks for new projects and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international security regulations.
• Engage in threat intelligence sharing with peers and other organizations.
• Review third-party vendor security practices and ensure compliance.
• Establish and maintain relationships with law enforcement and cybersecurity organizations.
• Provide support for security-related audits and investigations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Master's degree in Cybersecurity or relevant certifications is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in a cybersecurity role, ideally in a corporate environment
