We are currently looking for a passionate Aesthetician to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. As an Aesthetician, you will provide exceptional beauty treatments, including facials, body treatments, and skin analysis. Your role will involve consulting with clients to determine their skin care needs and recommending appropriate treatments and products. Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform skincare treatments including facials, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels.
• Create and promote new service offerings to attract clientele.
• Maintain knowledge of new products and techniques in the aesthetic industry.
• Ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in treatment areas.
• Build rapport with clients to encourage repeat visits.
• Assist with social media content related to skincare and beauty.
• Help train and mentor junior staff when necessary.
• Meet or exceed sales goals for products and services.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Aesthetics or Beauty Therapy

Experience

• 3+ years of aesthetic experience in a high-end spa setting

Certifications

• Advanced Skin Care Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
